  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1 handfulchopped nuts and raisins
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • To tastesugar
  • As neededghee

    Heat a wok,dry roast the semolina

  2. 2

    Now add ghee roast again

  3. 3

    Add milk and sugar and simmer

  4. 4

    Add chopped nuts and raisins and a pinch of sugar
