Heat some oil in a cooker add mustard seeds, curry leaves, cumin seeds, hing

Add chopped onions and ginger garlic paste and let it fry for sometime

Add all the dry masala like turmeric, khada, pepper and chilli and let it fry for 30 secs

Add all diced vegetables, coconut and cook it for 5 mins

Add soaked rice with two cups of water and add salt
- 6
Close the lid of the cooked and give it three to four whistles
- 7
Your rice is ready to eat
