Ingredients

  • 1 pounditialian sausage links cut into 1/4 peices
  • 1 poundsmall red potatoes
  • 1onion
  • mushrooms (optional)
  • lemon pepper (to taste)
  • minced garlic (to taste)
  • crab boil (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and cut potatos in to slices

  2. 2

    Cut sausage, and onions (i like to leave onions chunky)

  3. 3

    Place all ingredients in to deep frying pan add water to cover alittle over half way.

  4. 4

    Bring to a boil for about 8 minutes , then cover and bring to a simmer over low-med. Heat until water is cooked out and potatos are done!

  5. 5
