Chhole masala
Yummy dish to be enjoyed with puris or bhaturas.
Steps

Soak the kabuli chana overnight and pressure cook it in the morning with 6-7 whistles

Heat a pan and add some oil in it. Add the onions, garlic and saute it till golden brown
- 3
Add the ginger paste and tomato into it and saute it well. Add all the dry masala powders and salt and mix well
- 4
Once the masala is well cooked add the boiled chhole into it and put some water
- 5
Bring it to boil. Once the gravy looks ready add garam masala and serve hot with puri or bhaturas.
