Chorizo Tacos al Pastor

In a large pot, heat the oil and add the onions, cooking until they are translucent.

Add the chorizo, crumbling it well.

Cook the chorizo thoroughly for at least 10 minutes over medium heat, then add the pineapple cubes. Cover the pot to let the juice season the chorizo. Cook for another 10 minutes. Serve hot in tacos, adding lime and your preferred salsa.
