Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 200 gmRice
  2. 100 gmThuvaran dal, 100 gm urad dal
  3. 5red chilies, 3 green chilies, 1 bunch coriander leaves
  4. 1 cupgrated coconut, 300 ml cooking oil

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    First soak the rice and dal for 2 hours.

  2. 2

    Grind it as coarse dough, along with other ingradients.

  3. 3

    In a pan add oil, and add the dough into small balls. Fry and take it out.

  4. 4

    Kunuku is ready to taste.
