Wash and soak rice for 20 minutes. Strain it and add 1/4 tsp turmeric to it.

In a pan add ghee and roast kaju and kismis.once roasted take out of pan.

Add cloves, bay leaf, and cinnamon. Roast it. Once done add soaked rice to it. Add grated coconut.

Roast it nicely. Add double water of rice to it.

Cook it on low flame. Add sugar and dry fruits.

Kanika is ready to serve..
