Ingredients

  • 50 gmroasted urad dal powder
  • 2ts salt,
  • 200 ml curd.
  • 2 tsp mustard,
  • 1green chilli
  • 1 bunch coriander leaves
  • 2 tspcooking oil

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    First in a pan add the curd, salt and urad dal powder.

  2. 2

    Mix it properly. Then fry the mustard, green chilli and urad dal and add it to it.

  3. 3

    Dongar patchidi is ready to taste.
