Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupWhole wheat atta
  2. 1/4 cupRava / Semolina
  3. 1/2 cupmelted Ghee
  4. 1/2 cuppowdered sugar
  5. 1 pinchBaking soda
  6. 1 tspcardamom powder
  7. 1/4 cuppowdered cashew and almonds

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven for 180 degree

  2. 2

    Sift atta, rava, baking soda 4-5 times

  3. 3

    Mix powdered sugar and ghee thoroughly

  4. 4

    Mix both the dry and wet ingredients also adding the powdered nuts Forming a dough

  5. 5

    Make small balls of equal size.

  6. 6

    Grease a tray and place the balls in it and bake for 15-20 minutes
