As a kid I used to love nankhatai. But after growing most of us know that it was made with maida which is unhealthy. I wanted my daughter to taste nankhatai. So I thought of baking it with whole wheat. Thanks once again to #FMC.

Preheat oven for 180 degree

Sift atta, rava, baking soda 4-5 times

Mix powdered sugar and ghee thoroughly

Mix both the dry and wet ingredients also adding the powdered nuts Forming a dough

Make small balls of equal size.

Grease a tray and place the balls in it and bake for 15-20 minutes
