Combine all the ingredients in a bowl,mix well.knead into a semi soft dough using enough water.keep aside

Lilva Dana add in mixture and blend till coarse.

Heat oil in a pan add Hing,add blend lilva Dana,mix well.and cook on a medium flame for 15- 20 minutes.

Add salt,raisins, sesame seeds,green chilli paste,green garlic,coriander, coconut,and lemon juice and mix well. Keep aside to cool slightly.

Divide the stuffing in to equal portions.circle without using any flour for rolling

Please one portion of the stuffing in center.bring to get her sides.and shape ghughra

Heat oil in a pan on medium flame and deep fry ghughra.turning them in between till they turn golden brown in colour from all sides.drain on absorbent paper.

Serve hot with methi chutney and green chutney.
