Ingredients

  1. 1finely grated cabbage
  2. 2-3finely grated carrots
  3. as neededProcessed cheese
  4. as neededWhole wheat dough
  5. as neededClarified butter
  6. 1/2 tspChilli powder
  7. 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  8. 1 tspdried Oregano
  9. 2 tsp Chilli flakes
  10. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl. Add cabbage, carrots, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, chilli flakes, oregano. Mix well

  2. 2

    Grate some processed cheese. Mix properly.

  3. 3

    Take small portion of dough. Rolled it into a small chapatti. Stuff the mixture into it. Roll it again completely.

  4. 4

    Cook it on a pan on low-medium flame. Greased it with clarified butter.

  5. 5

    Once done. Take it off the flame. Using a pizza cutter, cut it open like a sunflower. Pic attached.

    Grate some cheese over it. Serve hot.
