  • Ugu
  • Water leave
  • Maggi
  • Stock fish
  • Dryfish
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Crayfish
  • Palmoil
  • Meat/fish
  • Rice
  • Ugu
  • Water leave
  • Maggi
  • Stock fish
  • Dryfish
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Crayfish
  • Palmoil
  • Meat/fish

Steps

  1. 1

    Season and cook the stock fish meat, and fish

  2. 2

    When it's done allow water to dry

  3. 3

    Add ur palmoil,crayfish,ponmo,dryfish,waterleaf

  4. 4

    Allow to boil a little while

  5. 5

    Mix it very well

  6. 6

    Then add ur Ugu and salt to taste.

  7. 7

    Parboil ur white rice till its done

  8. 8

    And serve.....
