  1. Rice
  2. Ugu
  3. Water leave
  4. Maggi
  5. Stock fish
  6. Dryfish
  7. Pepper
  8. Salt
  9. Crayfish
  10. Palmoil
  11. Meat/fish
  12. Rice
  13. Ugu
  14. Water leave
  15. Maggi
  16. Stock fish
  17. Dryfish
  18. Pepper
  19. Salt
  20. Crayfish
  21. Palmoil
  22. Meat/fish

Steps

  1. 1

    Season and cook the stock fish meat, and fish

  2. 2

    When it's done allow water to dry

  3. 3

    Add ur palmoil,crayfish,ponmo,dryfish,waterleaf

  4. 4

    Allow to boil a little while

  5. 5

    Mix it very well

  6. 6

    Then add ur Ugu and salt to taste.

  7. 7

    Parboil ur white rice till its done

  8. 8

    And serve.....
