  • 1large butter nut
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspGinger
  • 1/2 cupfresh milk
  • 1onion
  • Oil
  • 2 cupshot water

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel your butter nut.

  2. 2

    Cut into large pieces and wash clean.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan and fry in onions till golden brown.

  4. 4

    Add in the sliced butter nut pieces, salt, water and cover.

  5. 5

    Once cooked add ginger and milk then blend.

  6. 6

    Serve as you wish, with breads or plain. Enjoy
