For the dengu first boil the dengu and fry it with spices(turmeric,paprika,garam masala) then set aside. For the dough of samosas squeeze lemon into the flour, mix thoroughly and knead

Add water as you continue kneading to acquire a fine consistency

Make small balls from the kneaded dough

Roll them into rounded shapes and sprinkle flour on top

Apply oil on top of them

Arrange them in a pile with the oily part facing up

Roll the pile into one big round shape

Cut into two desirable shapes

Heat them on medium low heat as you peel off the thin layers.

Fold them to create a compression for filling. Then fill in the ndengu

Make (Manda) mix flour plus water to act as glue and cover the filled in ndegu

Deep fry till both sides are evenly browned and crunchy

Serve hot with dip sauce of your choice
