Ingredients

30 minutes

4 servings

2unripe mangoes
2red onions
Lime juice freshly squeezed
2tspns vinegar optional
1tspn paprika spice
1tspn garam masala
1tspn tumeric powder
3 tbspnsugar

Steps

30 minutes

Heat sugar,water and lemon juice in a pan until sugar dissolves,then add the onions and mango

Add all the above ingredients in the heated sugar and cook in medium low heat

Stir occasionally till it thickens

Until water drains

Serve as a dip sauce
