  • 5Apples
  • 1Beetroot
  • 2Carrots (large)
  • 1tspn cinammon
  • 1tspn mint leaves spice
  • 1tspn honey
  • 1 cupwarm water

Steps

20 minute
  1. 1

    Chop the apples into the blender

    Add the grated beetroot, carrots, cinnamon and honey

    Blend them finely

    Strain into a jug after blending then refrigirate

    Serve when chilled
