Boil milk in a pan.

Once it comes to boil add 1/4 cup tap water. Add lemon juice to it. Milk will start cuddling.

Drain water from Chenna and wash it with regular water once. Add cardamom powder and 1 pinch of baking soda. Mix it with palm for 15 minutes continuously. Chenna will be soft.

Make equal size balls out of it. Press with thumb and make impression.

Take 2 glass water and add sugar to it. Boil it. Once it boils add Chenna bhog. Cook it for 15-20 minutes until tripe in size. Cool and squeeze water.

Take milk in a bowl. Add sugar to it. Soak Chenna bhog.

Take out after 5 minutes.

Take pistachio powder in a dish.

Roll Chenna bhog in pistachio powder. Add rabdi in middle. Garnish with pistachio powder.
