1 cupMethi finely chopped

1 tspGaram masala
1 tbspOil
1/2 cupCashewnut & Raisin
1 tspSugar
1 tspcumeen seed
1 pinchcardamom
1 cupMilk

Oil heat the pan add cumeen seed & elaichi cracker. Now add Khoya stirr 5 minutes add the methi, matar stirr Fry.

Now add all spices &milk, Sugar,salt, cook for 5 minutes. Ready to serve. Without onion garlic recipes.
