Blend the tomatoes and pepper,heat up vegetable oil and fry it on medium heat for a long time add the tin tomatoes and continue boiling till the water reduces.but not so much so you wont need to add water.add onion,salt,curry,thyme,maggi seasoning.let it be there on the heat but be stirring and turn off the heat onces the taste is even.
