Lady fingers( bhindi) stuffed with coconut-coriander leaves masala,cooked in microwave to make low calorie dry subzi. This subzi fit in any occasion.
Steps

Wash and pat dry ladyfingers (bhindi).Remove both ends..slit into half.. carefully.

Take all ingredients mentioned for stuffing in mixing bowl.

Mix all ingredients together... stuffing ready.

Stuff all slit ladyfingers with prepared Coconut coriander mixture.

Put stuffed lady fingers in microwave safe bowl.Pour1 tbsp oil sprinkle a pinch of asafoetida..add remaining stuffing mixture also. lightly mix.

Cover and cook in microwave at 80 power level for 4-5 mins. Let it cool for few minutes. Serve hot Bhindi Sambhariya garnishing with grated coconut & chopped fresh coriander leaves.
