Firstly cut potato in to small pieces

Now make msala cut onion..tomato..green chilli and make a fine paste by adding ginger garlic paste

Heat oil in a presure cooker add jeera and gravy in to it

Now add all dry masala salt..red chilli powder..turmeric powder..dry coroandernd kitchen king

Cook it well on low flame

Now add potato and peas in to it and add some water and close the cooker by putting cover on it

After 2-3 whistle turn off the flame of gas and our bhaji is ready

Now heat oil in a open pan

Make a smooth dough of whaet flour by adding all ingredents.of puri

Now make a small balls and make poori and deep fry in to hot oil

Our yummy "Alu puri" is ready to serve.......
