Preparation on of gravy :grind onion, ginger, garlic, cashew, into paste tastes better if we saute it before grinding it

Boil palak with green chilli. It takes 3 to 4 min. Take out boiled palak pour little cold water n grind it in to paste

Put some ghee or butter in kadai n add onion gravy. It starts to change colour when it starts thicken it. Add tomato finely grinded with cardamon.

When gravy leaves the ghee we can now add palak gravy. Add garam masala, 1tsp add nicely cut paneer n salt.

For garnishing u can pour malai 1tbsp on sabji decorate with onion ring..
