Heat a pan add butter shallow fry the paneer cubes in both sides. Remove from pan.

Now shallow fry the onions and capsicum and Remove from the pan.

Make a smooth paste of tomato cashwe nuts and green chilli.

Heat the pan and add white oil and cumin seeds. After few seconds add turmeric powder,coriander powder and kasuri methi. Saute for a min.

Add ginger paste saute for a min now add the tomato cashew paste and garam masala powder cook until the oil separated.

Now add 1 cup of water salt as per taste and fried paneer cubes mix well. Cook for 5 mins.

Now add fried capsicum and onion cubes. Cook for another 5 mins. Put the gas off.

Kadhai paneer is ready to serve.
