Ingredients

  1. 250 gmPaneer cut in Cube
  2. 1capsicum cut in square
  3. 2onion cut in square
  4. 2tomato
  5. 12-14cashew nuts soak in water
  6. 3Green chilli
  7. 2 tea spoonGinger paste
  8. 1 tea spoonTurmeric powder
  9. 2 tea spoonCoriander powder
  10. 2 tea spoonKashmiri chilli powder
  11. Salt
  12. Cumin seeds half teaspoon
  13. 1 tea spoonkasuri methi
  14. 1/4 tea spoongaram masala
  15. 2 table spoonWhite oil
  16. 2 tea spoonButter

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a pan add butter shallow fry the paneer cubes in both sides. Remove from pan.

  2. 2

    Now shallow fry the onions and capsicum and Remove from the pan.

  3. 3

    Make a smooth paste of tomato cashwe nuts and green chilli.

  4. 4

    Heat the pan and add white oil and cumin seeds. After few seconds add turmeric powder,coriander powder and kasuri methi. Saute for a min.

  5. 5

    Add ginger paste saute for a min now add the tomato cashew paste and garam masala powder cook until the oil separated.

  6. 6

    Now add 1 cup of water salt as per taste and fried paneer cubes mix well. Cook for 5 mins.

  7. 7

    Now add fried capsicum and onion cubes. Cook for another 5 mins. Put the gas off.

  8. 8

    Kadhai paneer is ready to serve.
