Toast the Besan on the Tawa till nice aroma appears.Set aside

Take the chicken legs wash and pat dry and make slits over it

In a big bowl add the chicken legs and all the dry masala except Besan and butter

Let it marinate for atleast 2 to 3 hrs

Remove from the refrigerator and the toasted Besan and mix well

Place the chicken on a baking tray and place it in a preheated oven at 250 The c

After 15 mins remove the chicken and apply the butter. this is called basting
- 8
Again place the chicken in a preheated oven this time at 150 The Celsius for another 15 min
- 9
Flip and again bake for another 15 min on the other side
- 10
Remove from the oven and sprinkle chat masala and serve garnished with onion rings
