Ingredients

  1. 1 cupGobhi blanch
  2. 1 cupTomato blanch & chopped
  3. 1 cupPotato boil & chopped
  4. 4 tspMethi leaves
  5. 1 tspGarlic crushed
  6. 1 tspGinger crushed
  7. 1 tspGreen chilli chopped
  8. 2 tspWhite til
  9. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  10. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  11. 2 tspOil
  12. salt as per aste

Steps

20 miniute
  1. 1

    In a heat pan add oil,let it hot.

  2. 2

    Add garlic,green chillies,ginger, sauty it.

  3. 3

    Add methi leaves in high flame.

  4. 4

    Add all powder spices & mix it.

  5. 5

    Then add tomato,& gobhi.

  6. 6

    Fry it 2 miniutes.add potato mix it.

  7. 7

    Add salt & water 2 cup,& lid it 5 miniutes.

  8. 8

    Open the lid mix it all.

  9. 9

    Remove it from the flame.

  10. 10

    Add roasted crushed til.put coriander leaf.

  11. 11

    Serve it with any kind of paranthas.
