Wash the goat meat, cut into smaller pieces, put in the pot

Add chopped onions, 2cubes of Maggi, pounded garlic and ginger and red pepper.. Add little water and steam for 5mins, stiring occasionally to avoid sticking to the bottom of the pot..

After 5mins, add water and cook on low heat till meat is tender. Make sure, the water dries up

On a pot, add veg oil, then slice the tomatoes, pound the remaining pepper, Tatashe and Sobo. Bring the oil to a hot, put the goat meat, and fry until it turn a bit brownish, add onions, then the tomatoes and peppers, fry until well fried.

Stir gently occasionally, add the spices to taste... Lastly, garnish it with little scent leaves for irresistible taste...

Serve with rice, yam, noodles and any meal of ur choice...
