Jellof rice and pepper meat

Wash and cook the beef with salt, seasoning and onion. When the beef is done bring it down and fry it with vegetable oil

After frying blend some pepper, and tomatoes set pot on fire add onion stir then add the pepper and tomatoes puree stir very well add a bit of water seasoning to taste pour the fried meat mix very well allow to cook for some time then bring it down. The peppered meat is ready

Wash and parboil the rice. Blend the pepper, tomatoes and onion, heat the vegetable oil put some sliced onion stir and pour the blended paste, fry till it's well dry add curry, thyme and seasoning also add the meat stock and some water stir and taste

Now pour the parboil rice stir it together cover and cook till it's soft and the water in it is dry. Serve with the peppered meat
