1/2 cupgreen peas
1/2 tspmustard seed
1 tspcumin seed
2 tspschezwan fried masala
1 tspoil
Chopped coriander for garnishing

Give tadka in oil with seeds and curry leaves

Add onion, once it's golden add other veggies, heat till cook well

Now add all spices and salt

Now mixed rice well, cover lid for 3-4 min.

Garnish with coriander
