Peel and grates all carrot. In medium pan take ghee.

Add grated carrot, cover with lid.

After it's little dry, add milk, in between rotate spatula.

Once it's thick add milk powder and sugar, mix well

Now add dryfruits and cardamom powder. After 5 min off the flame

Serve hot or cold with icecream
