Ingredients

  1. 1 kgRow mango
  2. to tasteSalt
  3. as neededOil
  4. as neededReddy pickle massala
  5. 1 tspTurmeric powder

Cooking Instructions

    Cut mango into.small pieces, add salt and turmeric powder, keep it 2 hr. Then dry all mango pieces for hai hours.

    Now add readymade pickle masala and mix well.

  3. 3

    Raw mango pickle is ready.
