  3. 1Onion
  4. 2 tbsOlive oil
  5. to tasteSalt

Steps

    Cut tomatoes and onions together

  2. 2

    Scramble the eggs in a separate bowl

  3. 3

    Pour oil in a pan to fry the tomatoes and onions for at least 5 minutes

  4. 4

    Pour the scrambled eggs and stir well for 5 minutes

  5. 5

    Add salt to taste. Ready to serve with bread or chapatis. Best for breakfast !
