Apply oil, butter or margarine on the sandwich toaster and seal to heat.

Meanwhile fill the bread with any filling eg fried egg, butter, marmalade etc.

Sandwhich and place in the toaster and seal for about 3 minutes.

Serve as an accompaniment to a hot beverage or as a snack.
