Ingredients

  • 20soya bean soak in hot water
  • 1 cupgreen matar
  • 2big potato peel and cut
  • 2finely chopped onion
  • 2finely chopped tomato
  • To tastesalt, red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbspgaram masala
  • As neededoil
  • 1 tbspjeera

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pressure cooker add jeera,when it crackle add onion cook till light brown,add tomato, cook till soft add all masala

  2. 2

    Add some water and mix well...

  3. 3

    Add aloo,matar and soya bean cook till 3 whistle...

  4. 4

    Sabji is ready.....
