Wash daal and rice, boiled in cooker with water for 3 whistles, keep aside

Now in pan take oil on medium high flame, give tadka with seeds, add garlic and chopped chillies

Now add spices with methi. In besan bowl add 2 cups water removed lumps

Now add this besan in pan. Mix well. Add salt. Cover with lid for 2 mins.

Serve hot with khichadi, papad, mirchi techa and tadka
