Ingredients

2 servings
  • Flour,Butter,Sugar, Baking Powder, Green pepper, onions, carrots
  • Eggs, milk, vegetable oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Procedure-
    Mix Flour, pinch of salt, sugar, pinch of baking powder.
    Add eggs and a glass of milk,then mix together till smooth.

  2. 2

    Fry with very little oil, turn side by side. Add grated carrots, green pepper, onions and stir. Fry using little oil.
    Done!
