Ingredients

  • 250 gmparwal
  • 2Potatoes cut into cubes
  • 1 tbspcumin powder
  • 1 tspginger paste
  • 1 tspcumin seed
  • 1bay leaf
  • 1 tspred chilli Powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper cumin seed and bay leaf

  2. 2

    Add Potatoes and parwal saute well adding salt and turmeric powder and cover

  3. 3

    Add red chilli Powder and cumin powder and mix well

  4. 4

    Add water and sugar simmer till the veggies get cooked well
