Ingredients

  • 1egg boiled
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1 tspred chilli Powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1slitted green chilli
  • 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  • 1bay leaf
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate the egg and heat oil

  2. 2

    Fry the egg and remove

  3. 3

    Now add Cumin seeds and bay leaf

  4. 4

    Add paste of chopped onion and tomato

  5. 5

    Mix well adding ginger and garlic

  6. 6

    Add salt and turmeric powder and mix well

  7. 7

    Add red chilli powder and mix well adding sugar
