In a bowl add the semovita,salt,baking soda,maggi and oil and mix to coat with the oil, then add the flour and mix to coat evenly.

Add a little water at a time to make a dough, knead well and add water as required to make a not too soft nor too hard dough.

The dough should be elastic.cover the dough in a bowl with a kitchen cloth and allow to rest for about 30 mins.After 30mins knead the dough again.

Divide the dough into two keeping the remaining covered.roll to a thin round and using a cookie cutter or a small round glass cup cut out small circles.

Place them on a tray without touching each other and roll the pieces with the remaining dough and repeat till dough is used up.

Heat the oil under medium heat and fry the puris they will puff up immedietly turn them to the other side and fry till golden brown.

Place on paper napkins to drain excess oil serve with veg sauce.
