Ingredients

  1. leavesFresh green pumpkin
  2. 2ripe tomatoes
  3. 1onion
  4. Frying oil
  5. Water
  6. Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the pumpkin leaves thoroughly. Chop them into small size.

  2. 2

    Then fry the onions to golden brown,add the tomatoes and little salt and simmer till the tomatoes are soft and thick.

  3. 3

    Add the pumpkin leaves and cover to heat for ten minutes.

  4. 4

    Serve with hot ugali, so delicious.
