Ingredients

  1. 200 gmeat
  2. 1big onion
  3. 2medium size tomatoes
  4. 2 clovesgarlic
  5. Pinchsalt
  6. 2 tablespooncooking oil
  7. 2 tablespoonssoy sauce
  8. 1 tablespoonsugar
  9. Coriander to garnish

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Prepare the ingredients

    Put the meat in a sauce pan and let it cook till it's water dries up.

    Add salt and continue cooking

    Add water to avoid burning. Let it boil for 15 minutes)

    In another sauce pan cook onions and garlic

    Add tomatoes and let them cook

    Add the tomatoes to the mixture of meat

    Stir well add soy sauce and sugar

    Continue stiring add coriander and remove from fire

    Serve with mukimo, rice or anything you like.
