Awla or gosseberry..is winter fruit full of vitamins C. Fresh raw turmeric is winter herb/ root...good for cold & cough.

Wash and grate awla. Peel & chopped finely ginger and raw turmeric. Add all in mixer grinder jar,add 1/2 cup water, grind for few mins..till thick mixture is formed,add remaining water and again churn for few minutes. Strain & add salt,pepper powder and cinnamon powder. Pour in two glasses. Serve / drink Awla- Ginger- Turmeric juice immediately.
