  • 3/4Sugar
  • 1.5 cupsMilk approximately
  • 2tspns Vanilla essence
  • 1egg

Steps

    In a bowl, beat the egg

    Then add flour and b/powder mixture

    Mix well until everything is incorporated.

    Put some oil in a hot frying pan and pour the batter using a serving spoon and spread on the pan.

    Ensure both sides turn golden brown.
