Firstly peeled potato and cut in small pieces

NOW TAKE a pan add oil and heat it.now add onion and fried it,add tomato and green chilies fry it for 1 minute. add salt,turmuri powder,red chilli powder. now add potato and mix it. now cover the pan.

Cook it for 20 to 25 minutes in low flame.Garnish with roasted channa.

Aloo veg is ready to serve and eat with chappati
