Ingredients

  1. Pickle water
  2. 500 gmsugar
  3. 500 mlwhite vinegar
  4. 1000 mlwater
  5. Pickle ingredients
  6. 2 kgDaikon (Radish) cut into 3cm long and 0.5cm thick
  7. 10 clovesstar arnise
  8. 10clementin (peel off skin and cut to half)
  9. 1 dlchili flakes
  10. 200 gmfresh parsley (chopped)

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly mixed the pickle water in a pot and cook it until the sugar is melted. Let it cool down and ready to use.

  2. 2

    After the pickle water is cold. Add in all the pickle ingredients and mixed well. Keep in the fridge overnight. Ready to served after 24 hours.

  3. 3

    The texture of the pickle is crunchy and tasty.

  4. 4

    Tips: This pickles is perfect to served in Christmas table to give us more appetite ❤️
