Wash rice, parboil Nd wash again then add salt Nd cook till dry.

Wash Tomato, pepper and onions Nd blend. Put palm oil in a pot, when hot add diced onions stir then add tomatoes and fry till done, add crayfish and stir again, add salt and seasoning then d dryfish and allow to cook for about 2 mins then add the ugwu and stir properly then turn off heat immediately.
