Wash off the back of beans, remove stones and put your already washed pepper, tatashe. Onion.

Blend into a smooth paste

Add maggi, salt and egg. Whisk until fluffy.

Heat up oil and fry little by little using a deep spoon. Regulate the gas and fry until well fried.

Serve with pap, bread or alone.
