First take soojiand add curd and water and make a thin batter and rest 1 hours.

Then cut the vegetables in very small pieces.

Then heat the oil and add mustard, udad dal, chana dal, cumin, carry leaves, green chilli and fry 2 minutes.

Then add hing and vegetables and fry 15 minutes then add it in sooji better.

Then take cooker and add 2 ½ cup water and boil it.

Then take idli stand and grease the oil and add the better.

Now place this stand in to cooker and close it and steamd 10 minutes.

Then check the idli with the fork. If it comes out clean then idli is ready to serve
