Steps

Roast the brinjal and take out it's skin and mash it well

Take a pan and add ghee in it. When it become hot then add jeera

Add onion and cook it for 10 minutes at low flame

Add tomatoes and green chillies. When tomatoes becomes soft add all spices

Add mashed brinjal. Cook it till the oil comes out
- 6
It is ready to serve. Garnish it with dhaniya
