Steps

Heat Sugar and water in a medium saucepan until gold brown(caramel).

Pour the caramel into a small metal bowl coating the side too.

In a separate bowl beat eggs with sugar,pour the milk over the egg mixture.

Put water in a pot on fire.

Pour the custard carefully over the prepared metal bowl and place the bowel in the boiling water.

Cover the metal bowl with foil paper and put it inside the boiling water make sure the water is half way of the bowl side and cover the pot.

Allow it to steamer until golden and toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Cool completely.then cover and refrigerate for at least a couple of an hour.

To serve turn out onto plate.
