The cup I am using is Three crowns tin.

Seive flour.

Seive wheat flour.

In a bowl, mix Corn flour, Wheat flour, Yeast and a dash of salt and mix. Gradually add the water to make a soft batter. Not too thick or too watery. Cover and allow to rise in warm place for like 30-40 minutes.

Once it rise, rub your palms with oil or using a serving spoon, scoop the batter and pour it inside the Poly bags. Make sure that there is no AIR inside the bag. Tie the end of the bag.

Do thesame till the e batter is finish. #Reason why air is not allowed and the end is tied? So that it won't Burt's and pour when cooking.

In a pot, add a medium amount of hot water, put all the batter in the bags inside. Cover the pot with a cloth or foil paper and cover. Allow to cook for 30-35 minutes.

Once it is done. REMOVE ALL YOR ALKUBUS FROM THE BAGS OR ELSE IT WILL SHRINK, GAIN WEIGHT, GET SMALLER & BECOME WATERY like this.

For a perfect result. Remove as soon as it is done. Serve and enjoy with sugar, pepper soup or any soup of your choice ¡!!#Hommemade is the best 💞
